| The Nevada Society for Respiratory Care has a block of rooms available at the Orleans Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas, NV for the upcoming 2011 Conference on August 22 & 23, 2011. Here is the information: GUEST ROOM BLOCK – ROOM RATE $29.00 Room rate is per night, single or double occupancy, plus current Clark County room tax, currently at 12%, twelve percent. This tax is subject to increase without prior notice. Any Deluxe rooms requiring triple or quad occupancy will be surcharged an additional $15.00 per guest, per room, per night. Coast Hotels & Casinos, Inc. dba The Orleans Hotel & Casino does not guarantee specific room type, location or smoking preference. Requests will be accommodated to the best of their ability. RESORT FEE There is a mandatory $5.00 resort fee per room, per day. This fee will include access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free Wi-Fi in Seattle's Best Coffee Shop & High-Speed Internet Access in our Business Center. The Resort Fee is subject to increase without prior notice. RESERVATION PROCEDURES Prior to cut-off date, individuals are encouraged to book their reservations on-line. To receive the special NSRC group rate you will need to enter the assigned Reservation ID:1NSRC08 by visiting www.orleanscasino.com/groups Prior to cut-off date, individuals may also call the Hotel's Room Reservations Department direct at 1-800-675-3267 and identify themselves as members of the group Nevada Society for Respiratory Care 1NSRC08. Without this Group Name, you will not receive the special rate as noted, and may be advised that the Hotel is sold out. Operating on Pacific Time, hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Individual accounts will be created for each guest and they will be responsible for their own account unless otherwise specified in writing. The equivalent of one (1) night's room and tax will be required in either the form of a credit card with expiration date, company/personal check. The Hotel accepts company/personal checks for payment of depositas only and must be received a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY BY THE HOTEL TO SECURE THE FIRST NIGHT DEPOSIT. All reservations, including staff, complimentary, VIP and suites must be reserved under the terms and conditions of the housing procedure. Please be aware that all reservations must be booked prior to the cut-off date of 07/21/11. The cut-off date for the room block is 7/21/11. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a "space available" basis at the prevailing rate. To insure space availability, guests must call in a timely manner. All registered guests will be required to present a credit card upon check-in. The credit card provided must be able to accept an authorization in the amount of $100.00 per stay for incidental charges. It is policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy. Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the check in time of 4 p.m. of the scheduled date of arrival with no penalty fee. However, any individual who cancels their reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night's room and room tax. |
