The Nevada Society for Respiratory Care has a block of rooms available at the Orleans Casino and
Hotel in Las Vegas, NV for the upcoming 2009 Conference on August 24 & 24, 2009.

GUEST ROOM BLOCK – ROOM RATE $38.00
Room rate is per night, single or double occupancy, plus Clark County room tax, currently at 12%, twelve percent
There is an additional $15.00 extra guest charge for triple and quad occupancy, per guest 15 years of age or older
with a maximum of 4 guests per room. Coast Hotels & Casinos, Inc. dba The Orleans Hotel & Casino does not
guarantee specific room type, location or smoking preference. Requests will be accommodated to the best of their
ability.
RESORT FEE
There is a mandatory $5.00 resort fee per room, per day. This fee will include access to the Fitness Center, in-
room coffee, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free High-Speed Internet Access in our Business Center.
HOUSING PROCEDURE
1. Guests must call 1-800-675-3267 when our Room Reservations Department is open ( Monday -
Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM - Pacific Time / Saturday & Sunday between the hours of
9:00 AM and 5 PM - Pacific Time).
2. They must identify themselves as attendees of the Nevada Society for Respiratory Care or Group code
9NSRC08 in order to obtain a room reservation under the above-mentioned block. Without this identification,
they will not be quoted your special group rate and may be told that we are sold out.
3. As an alternative, the guests can also book online by visiting www.orleanscasino.com. clicking on "Book a
Room" and entering the group code, 9NSRC08 in the Group Code field.
4. All reservations, including staff, complimentary, VIP and suites must be reserved under the terms and
conditions of the housing procedure. Please be aware that all reservations must be booked prior to the
cut-off date of 07/24/09.
5. At the time the reservation is made, the guest will be asked to provide a major credit card or send a deposit
for their first night's room and tax. If a credit card is utilized, it will automatically be charged first night's room
and tax.
6. The cut-off date for the room block is 07/24/09. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted
on a "space available" basis. To insure space availability, guests must call in a timely manner.
7. All registered guests will be required to present a credit card upon check-in. The credit card provided must
be able to accept an authorization in the amount of $100.00 per stay for incidental charges.
8. It is policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult,
21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any
individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy.
9. Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the check in time of
4 p.m. of the scheduled date of arrival with no penalty fee. However, any individual who cancels their
reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night's room and room tax.
