If you are an AARC Member, and provide us with your
member number, it will be submitted to the AARC for
tracking your CRCE's.
IMPORTANT NOTE:  You can register online for the conference.  The Nevada Society for
Respiratory Care is able to accept credit card payments through PayPal at this time.  There
is a 3% Handling charge for using PayPal.  

You may also send a check for the amount owed to Nevada Society for Respiratory Care, PO
Box 28686, Las Vegas, NV 89126.   Payment is due by AUGUST 10, 2011.
Space is limited and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. Letters
confirming registration will not be issued. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt.  
Cancellations made prior to the start of the conference are subject to a $25 processing fee.  
Participants failing to cancel prior to the start of the conference will not receive a refund.  
Appropriate refunds will be mailed within 45 days after the conference.

For individuals registering at the door, CRCE's will be mailed/emailed
within 30 days of the completion of the conference dependent on
clearance of payment of registration fees.
